We take abuse of our platform seriously. If you encounter any content, behavior, or usage that violates our Terms of Service or our Responsible AI Usage policy, please report it immediately.

What Counts as Abuse

• Using the API or tools to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security mechanisms
• Impersonating another individual or organization
• Spam, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attacks against the platform
• Sharing API keys publicly or using stolen credentials
• Generating content that violates copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights

How to Report

You can report abuse via our Contact Form or by emailing us directly at hello@llm.kiwi.

Please include the following information in your report:

• A clear description of the abuse
• Any relevant URLs, screenshots, or logs
• The approximate date and time the abuse occurred
• Your contact information so we can follow up if needed

What Happens Next

Our trust and safety team reviews all abuse reports. Depending on severity, we may suspend the offending account, revoke API keys, or take legal action. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 48 hours.
