2. Use of Service

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our services strictly in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. API Usage and Rate Limits

Our services are subject to rate limits to ensure fair usage and stability. For paid API access, the following limits apply:

• Up to 25 text requests per second.
• Up to 1,500 text requests per minute.
• Up to 15,000 text requests per hour.
• Up to 20 images per second.
• Up to 120 images per minute.

4. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from using the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable as determined by LLM.kiwi.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LLM.kiwi provides the service "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LLM.kiwi be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLM.kiwi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
